Shipping policy

ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to Ireland, European Union and the USA.

SHIPPING COSTS

Ireland:
Standard shipping (3 to 5 business days transit) on all orders less than €50 is €7.75 and free for all orders of €50 or more inclusive of taxes.

Please note that order processing may take up to 5 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.

USA:
Standard shipping (7 to 12 business day transit)

Shipping costs:

1kg and under: €23.50

Over 1kg and up to 2kg: €35.50

Over 2kg and up to 3kg: €56.50

Please note that order processing may take up to 5 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.

Please note we have no control over how long orders will take to be cleared by US customs.

 

TAXES

Ireland and Europe:

All prices listed for Ireland and Europe are inclusive of VAT, meaning that taxes are calculated and collected as part of the displayed product price and no additional taxes are assessed at checkout.

UK and rest of World

Please note that any customs fees or charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees may vary, and the applicable thresholds are determined by local authorities.
